While our metal furniture is beautiful, durable, and sturdy, there is no such thing as “care free” outdoor furniture. Therefore, it is important that you protect your investment once your new furniture is delivered and installed. Please be sure to follow our product care and maintenance instructions to ensure warranty coverage.
A word about workmanship. All of our products are hand crafted by artisans who specialize in metal crafting. As our products are not made on assembly lines using automated equipment, but individually hand crafted, you may find slight variations from product to product. This is normal and inherent in the hand-crafting process. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please call us and we’d be happy to discuss this with you in more detail.
A word about rust. Most of our products are made typically from iron in order to provide the best value to our customers. However, most products can also be made from aluminum or even stainless steel. While we carefully prime all of our iron products with a zinc based primer prior to powder coating, all iron products will rust eventually, as this is inherent in the nature of the material. Generally, the rust will appear gradually over time. However, if your clients want rust-free products, we recommend ordering your products in aluminum or stainless steel. We can produce most of our products using these materials at an additional cost. For product pricing with one of these alternate materials, please contact us for for a quotation.
Please note that product failure or damaged caused by unreasonable or abusive use, freight damage, fire, adverse environmental conditions, (including, but not limited to: freezing, high winds, extreme climate conditions), normal fading, scratching, or chipping of the finish, fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage, repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, commercial use, and normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
